- Excess hour rate: ₱1,000/hour  

Optional Add-ons & Electricity Use:  
- Party band + additional electricity: ₱3,000.00  
- Regular lights/sound setup: ₱1,000.00  
- Heavy lighting setup: ₱3,000.00  
- Live band setup: ₱3,000.00  

Food & Catering Policy:  
- No corkage for home-cooked food (lutong bahay)  
- Outside catering: ₱2,000 corkage fee  
- Malaybalay Air’bnb Catering: No corkage fee
